includes the costume ball, open bar, AND a full pass into the
convention, and seminars!

Time and Location
- The time of the Costume Ball is scheduled
as 8pm sharp until the witching hour of midnight!
- The costume ball will be conveniently located within the hotel
at the Regency Ball Room
Costumes / What do I wear?
- The theme of the Ball is Mardi Gras and Zombies and Undead so
either of those themes are appropriate
- In addition, feel free to wear your FAVORATE Halloween costume…many
people will be wearing what they love the best which might range
from anything such as a killer clown to Alice in Wonderland….no
matter what you wear, you will not be out of place. You are free
to not even wear any costume and just attend the ball to have a
good time.
- There will be MANY door prizes handed out, most of which will
be simply a raffle luck of the draw system, however, there will
be two 'themed' winners.
- The first 'sponsored' costume prizes: SKELETON STORE The scariest

- The second 'sponsored' costume prize: MUSEUM
OF MYTHOLOGY The best Greek, Viking, or Egyptian costume. Win

Food and Beverages
- There will be an OPEN Bar (Completely Free!!!)
from 8pm to 10pm for all Costume Ball Guests
- The Bar will then remain open from 10pm until midnight as a
cash bar
- In addition, there will be a buffet dinner that will entice
you and feature FOUR main dishes.
